That's why we provide Supported Living Services for over-18s with mental health, learning disabilities, physical health needs and sensory impairments, helping them to develop independent living skills and promote safe access to community services.
Our staff receive ongoing support from a number of professionals including, social workers, registered nurses, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and physiotherapists.
Our person-centred approach prioritises the unique goals and needs of each individual while recognising the need for care and support. Our intention is to provide the right amount of support when they need it, helping them build their confidence to the point they are ready to transition into independent living.

What is Supported Living?
Supported Living enables individuals to live in their own homes with tailored support that promotes independence and choice. Unlike residential care, Supported Living separates housing and support services, allowing individuals to have their own tenancy agreements and the freedom to choose their support providers.
